Emotional Regulation
Event Description
Emotional Regulation is a family-focused workshop that helps caregivers understand how children develop the ability to manage emotions over time and why adult modeling is essential to that process. Parents learn to recognize signs of stress and dysregulation while exploring supportive ways to respond with empathy and structure. Participants gain practical, age-appropriate tools children can use to calm their bodies, navigate big feelings, and build resilience. When students strengthen these skills, they experience improved behavior, focus, and overall well-being both at home and in the classroom. A live virtual option is also available to provide flexible access for families and reduce overall program costs.
